The firm was set up Mr Mohinda Mendis Wijesuriya a Sri Lankan Gentleman in 1972 initially at the City Road in Old Street.

This was A pioneering operation for the aim of promoting welfare of ethnic Minorities and at the same time providing a service to the host community.

The Firm has progressed rapidly since the early days with Offices opening in Whitechapel. Colliers Wood, Hounslow, Manchester and Tooting.

The Firms Head Office is now Tooting Broadway which was set up around 1984.

The firms Principal is Haji Shahid Mahmud Malik who worked for the firm from 1990 until 2002 when he succeeded the than owner Mr Tm Wijesuriya.
